• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Avcasino charges no withdrawal fees. Average processing time is 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held for verification in cases of suspicious activity — this process can take up to 5 business days.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Avcasino offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms — please read them carefully before claiming.

Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a 100% Welcome Bonus on their first deposit (up to ৳10,000).
• To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 10x the original bonus amount (e.g., a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in total bets).
• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus will be forfeited.

Reload & Cashback Bonuses

• The terms for the weekly reload bonus will be communicated separately with each offer.
• Cashback bonuses generally have no wagering requirements — they are credited directly to your balance.
• Bonus terms for VIP members vary according to VIP tier.

General Bonus Terms

• A single bonus cannot be used across multiple accounts at the same time.
• A maximum bet limit may apply to wagers placed using bonus balance.
• Avcasino reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.
• If an attempt to circumvent bonus terms is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.

5Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance

If a Match is Cancelled or Postponed

• If an event is cancelled, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a match is not rescheduled within 48 hours, the bet will be voided.
• If a match is cut short due to weather or other reasons, results will be determined in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport.

Maximum Win Limit

• Maximum win from a single bet: ৳5,00,000.
• The maximum total winnings from a single account in one day is ৳10,00,000.

6Prohibited Activities

• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds differences across platforms to guarantee a profit is prohibited.
• Account Sale or Transfer: Selling, renting, or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Chargeback Fraud: Intentionally filing fraudulent chargeback claims is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
